Early life
Sage Stallone was born in Los Angeles, California, the elder son of Sasha Czack and Sylvester Stallone. He was the brother of Seargeoh Stallone, and half-brother of Sistine, Sophia, and Scarlet Stallone. He came from a show business family. His uncle was actor and singer Frank Stallone, and his grandmother was Jackie Stallone. Jennifer Flavin was his stepmother, and his godfather was actor Joe Spinell. Stallone was of Italian, French and Russian-Jewish ancestry on his father's side.
Career
As a child, Sage Stallone had made a guest appearance on the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling, brought by his grandmother Jackie Stallone, who promoted the series.
Sage Stallone made his acting debut alongside his father in the fifth installment of the Rocky franchise titled Rocky V (1990) where he played Robert Balboa, the on-screen son of his father's title character. He also appeared with his father in the 1996 movie Daylight. Since then, he had only acted in low profile films. In 1996, he and film editor Bob Murawski co-founded Grindhouse Releasing, a Los Angeles based company dedicated to the restoration and preservation of exploitation films. Stallone directed his first short film Vic, which won the 2006 Boston Film Festival “Best New Filmmaker” award.
Personal life
Stallone was married briefly to Starlin Wright. The childless marriage was annulled in 2008
Stallone was found dead in his Studio City home on July 13, 2012. Law enforcement says that he could have been dead for at least three days up to a week.No one had heard from him in days. LAPD told TMZ that evidence indicated Sage's death was accidental.
